I'd rather see an open ended 2D version that utilizes both screens, like Yoshi's Island, and has many moves and animation frames. If the stylus is mandatory then I think I'll pass on this one.
Mmmm, I kind of agree. But I was... what... about 13 the last time I played Ninja Gaiden? I'm very interested. Hopefully continues the saga of fun cut screens and storyline.

No, don't bother. Safari is in some ways implicitly expected to always be available from an OS perspective. Removing it is incredibly counter intuitive. You gain a smidgen of space and open yourself up to running into a heap of trouble down the line.
If your computer literacy is at a level where you can't find out what files actually do then you should not remove anything other than your own generated content.

2 weeks isn't that long to wait :) Be careful who you order from online as there are a lot of cheats out there. Try doing a google search for ipad 2 real time inventory. You will probably have your best bet at target if you aren't going to buy online. Your other bet would be to go to an apple store at like 7 am and wait on a Wednesday. Good luck.
+1 - two weeks is a drop in the bucket compared to what it was.

I would imagine Parallels would be up to the things you list. Much easier to use, and saves you having to restart your Mac.

I have also put down -verbosity 9, is that correct for a3 bonus wu's. I have not received any bonus points yet?
So all up I have (-smp 8 -verbosity 9).
That looks good. I don't know how a3's work as far as when you start to get bonus points but with bigadv units you have to have 10 units finished with the passkey before you get any bonus points.

my LIKE NEW 17" powerbook 1.67ghz, 1.512gb ram, 100gb hd, 128vram
for an even trade of
a maxed out 12" 1.5ghz powerbook(in good condition) w/ a 20" apple display or $800
I lose about $100 in the trade but would deffinatley do it for reason of conveniance if the other persons computer and screen were in good condition.
Let me know your thoughts and comments and if you think this is fair. Thanks!

Here's one way to get it bootstrapped if you have a serial cable:
http://adtpro.sourceforge.net/bootstrap.html
That looks confusing.
Thanks for your help.

What you need to do is get rid of "<img src="images/minahbw.png">". Instead put text there, with a description of what it is.
ex:
HTML:
<a class="rollover" href="images/Minah_sBusinesscard.pdf-1.jpg" rel="lightbox" title="Minah's Sweets Business Card">Minah's Sweets Business Card</a>
CSS:
a.rollover {
display: block;
width: 800px;
height: 100px;
text-decoration: none;
text-indent: -9999em;
background: url("webvamp.jpg") left top;
}
a.rollover:hover {
background-position: left bottom;
}
Create the "webvamp.jpg" and the rollover state below the exact image so that your image is actually 200px high and your just shifting the image up.

A simpler solution would be to move the folder somewhere (or even hide it) and make an alias to the file that starts the app.

Hi,
I'm selling my Time Capsule in order to get a bigger HDD, since my 500GB is now relatively small.
I want to wipe it completely, but under Disk Utility it isn't shown, so how do I go about this, and what is the original format, so when I sell it it's as new?
I know you can hold down a button on the back for a while, but will this wipe it all? I know deleting files doesn't fully remove them, so I want to make sure I'm protected! :)
Thanks,
Joseph Duffy

I am getting the White 64GB Verizon 3G model
Nice. I notice that you have the 3G iPad currently. Are you switching to Verizon because you've had issues with AT&T in LV?

I have a couple of AMD quads and I know they would not be able to handle bigadv units, though it is possible the new chips might work ok. AMD don't have 2 threads per core, so the OS thinks there are only 4 cores instead of the 8 with Intel chips. My phenom II x4 965 did really well with regular units under Linux but now that I have 3 gpu's on it with windows - not so much...
have you tried SMP2 in windows yet with it?
yeah i'm thinking i'll just wait on another system for now. it really stinks that all my folders are down back at my apartment :mad:

Hi folks, I'm new here, and a novice, so please be gentle :)
I've forgotten the password for my email account and wondered if there is a way to find it or reset it. It's the Tiger version, given to me by someone who got the latest one, all bells and whistles, I believe. I'm a beginner with Mac, and have already slipped up, so look out for more from me. ;)

Is this a fresh install? There are reports of spotlight reporting 11 days or some crazy timeframe to index the volume. The mdworker process throttles back down to normal once Reeder is closed?
Yes its a fresh install and it goes completely away once Reeder closes (after about 1 min though)

Looking for a game with good online play and reasonable single player.
I dont really care about graphics, because i can run Bf1942 on high settings(yes, the requirements for it suck that bad that gma950 can run it) and im not a gamer.

I definitely like how you're pushing the boundaries of your P&S. You seem to have some idea about composition and lighting.
Perhaps start learning more about DSLRs and things like exposure, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, lens types, etc. before making the $800+ plunge. That way you get some time to learn what you would need, improving your pics now and also save enough money to know for sure if a DSLR is what you need.
It's less of a privilege to own a DSLR and more of a need-based thing. If you think your P&S is limiting what you want to shoot, a DSLR may be the right thing for you. Especially since the nut behind the camera is what creates the photographic magic, not the camera itself (there are caveats to that statement, but you get the point).
