Does anyone have available a 16GB new iPhone? what price would you be willing to sell for? Im just considering my options with the old iPhone, and the new one!
Thanks
Edit: I am after the original iPhone. I want to compare the price of an original 16gb iPhone to the 3G iPhone I will be able to buy soon. If anyone has an original for a good price, I will buy.
Thanks

An RGB Scart cable will give you the best picture possible from the console itself. How well the TV handles the signal and the actual picture quality is another matter entirely.
:apple:
ahh cool, im going to tesco in an hour, got a link to an image of the cable i need to purchase?
thanks

Unless someone else is footing the bill, try NeoOffice. It's free (donation requested) and is an Office look-alike. I use both NeoOffice and Pages, and they each have their strengths and weaknesses. But you might find NeoOffice does a better job in this case than Pages.

You can't go wrong with "Dead Man's Party" by Oingo Boingo to start.
Add the songs "Thriller" and "Monster Mash".
The B-52's would probably work too. That's all I can think of for now.

I imagine going to the restroom was difficult in that thing. Did you trip the moisture sensors?

I just loaded OSX client onto my 2010 mini server the other day and have been having issues with low ram, all i am doing is running XBMC and only have 200mb free. I was looking around in "About this mac" to make sure that I really had 4gb or ram when i noticed that is says "64-bit Kernel and Extensions: NO".
I double checked in the terminal and it said i386. As far as I knew there is not two separate OSX discs for 64bit and 32bit. Why would it load 32 bit?
Thanks!

Remote desktop, it's the best thing that Microsoft ever did for Apple.
as long as you've got terminal services running on the other end, of course.

You should consider getting a laptop privacy screen from 3M. They are expensive, but if you can find one that is the right size they will both protect your screen and your information from peering eyes!

Does this Apple store accept cash if I get a gift card first? And I have confusion about my iPhone 4 reservation, it says it's held till the end of the day but at the bottom it says this:
Pre-authorization does not guarantee iPhone availability at an Apple Retail Store. iPhone is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can anyone shed light to this?
I don't know about the cash part. I'm thinking you probably can pay with cash there. You should be good to go the whole day with the reservation, at least you got one. I can't believe I thought I had one but amidst the melee on Preorder day I didn't have one. I'm stuck trying as a walk in.

I love Daytrotter (http://www.daytrotter.com)- their design, the selection of bands, the quirky original pictures, the weirdly pretentious articles that manage to somehow cast the ordinary and banal in a scholarly light, and of course the music itself. I'd love it if they used a slightly higher bitrate, but it's a small complaint and doesn't take away from the overall enjoyability of these recordings.
Unfortunately I mainly just look there for bands I already know and wish I'd spend more time discovering new ones. Maybe there's some other sessions someone can especially recommend. Anyway, here's my current collection. Maybe someone wants to post their 'Daytrotter' library.
By the way: They just released an iPhone app (http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/browserRedirect?url=itms%253A%252F%252Fitunes.apple.com%252FWebObjects%252FMZStore.woa%252Fwa%252Fvi ewSoftware%253Fid%253D336773710%2526amp%253Bmt%253D8). It's also great.

Hahaha That was a problem with my wording- I mean I have it fully installed on a separate partition on my Hard drive. I am hesitant to install it to my main partition which I use every day.
Now would be a good time for me to mention that I have a MacBook Pro 13' (2009) with 4GB of Ram and 750 GB HardDrive.
You should never install a developer preview as your main OS...no matter how stable it might be.

Any Mac can be used as a server for this. You don't need the server OS, Lion server or Snow Leopard Server for that matter.
To ask yourself if you need the server version, read the description of Lion and Snow Leopard server services. If you don't need any of them then you don't need the server version.
Consider a NAS to be a computer with more than the usual number of disk drive slots that can only be used as a file server (some times additional services, depending on the NAS). If it does the job, you'll save money, but it won't be as flexible.
My Mac mini with Snow Leopard Server story is here: http://almy.us/server.html
